On 9/8/2021 at 11:26 a.m. I purchased a 35 MM lever cartridge part # 42205 from Coburn's. I installed it on my faucet and before I put my kitchen faucet back together I found that my old part was not the problem. It was a hose that was leaking. So I removed the new part before I put my kitchen faucet back together. I called Coburn's about getting a refund and I was told that once I put it in the faucet that they couldn't give me a refund. In actuality, I didn't use it, I just placed it in the faucet and then removed it once I realized I didn't need it. On the Coburn's "Terms and Conditions" sheet that I was given with the receipt, under "Returned Goods" It states that they charge a 25% restocking fee which I was willing to pay. It doesn't say used or non used. The part is still in like new condition because I didn't use it and it is in its original packaging.Business response

I am assuming that Mr. ******* made his purchase at our Jasper branch since he has a Jasper address. He didn't state which location this was purchased at. I talked with our manager, **** ****** at our Jasper branch and he was not aware of any of this. He said for Mr. ******* to return the product directly to him and he would refund 100%. **** will not be at the branch tomorrow (9/10/21) but will be there on Monday (9/12/21).

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 15846773, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I accept the 100% refund. I will go see **** ****** the manager of Coburn’s of Jasper, Texas on Monday 9/13/2021 as per the agreement for the refund.
