            The grout around our spa and waterfall wall is loose, coming out and the tiles are starting to fall. Also, the blower on our hot tub will not stay on for more than 3-5 minutes. I started my complaint with Poolside Builders in 2020, the year the pool was built. I have sent several e-mails, text messages and made many phone calls to ************************************* in an attempt to resolve this issue. He came out once to look at the blower. They replaced the motor, but it is still not fixed and I have made him aware of that. I have a few e-mails from 2020 and 2021 that he responded to with promises to come fix the issues, but he never followed through and no longer will respond to me. He has never attempted to repair the grout issue. I feel that I have given him ample time to resolve the issue. I am attaching various e-mails and photos. Late last year we discovered severe leaks in our gas lines they installed, we had to get CenterPoint out to temporarily fix the leaks. I haven't attempted to reach him about this because he won't respond to me for anything else.

            The customer service for this company is terrible. I have a cell phone number for the company and it is very common to go days, or weeks without a response. Now if I need a new item installed(pool heater) they answer right away. If I have a concern or complaint, it typically goes unanswered. The actual work they perform is good. The communication is the horrible. I had a pool heater installed(which isn't cheap) and they didn't explain fully how to use it or leave an instructions manual. I had to download one. If you expect someone to answer you from this company, good luck. I have currently reached out 6 times this week and zero responses. I have called, text and email and no response. If you like a service company that doesn't communicate quickly or often, this is the company.
