The grout around our spa and waterfall wall is loose, coming out and the tiles are starting to fall. Also, the blower on our hot tub will not stay on for more than 3-5 minutes. I started my complaint with Poolside Builders in 2020, the year the pool was built. I have sent several e-mails, text messages and made many phone calls to ************************************* in an attempt to resolve this issue. He came out once to look at the blower. They replaced the motor, but it is still not fixed and I have made him aware of that. I have a few e-mails from 2020 and 2021 that he responded to with promises to come fix the issues, but he never followed through and no longer will respond to me. He has never attempted to repair the grout issue. I feel that I have given him ample time to resolve the issue. I am attaching various e-mails and photos. Late last year we discovered severe leaks in our gas lines they installed, we had to get CenterPoint out to temporarily fix the leaks. I haven't attempted to reach him about this because he won't respond to me for anything else.Business response

I am in contact with this customer and the tile and grout issues have been repaired.
We currently have a work order to diagnose and repair the blower on the hot tub. This should be handled this week.
This lack of communication and untimely repairs are not the level of service that we strive to provide to our customers and we apologize to Mr ***** *******************
