Several problems from beginning. I only had three procedures out of six due to every time I called they scheduled me towards the end of the month. I work in law enforcement and had to try to reschedule because I was sent to training for my job. One procedure that normally cost $169, cost almost double to take monies from another month. Also the manager stated that I could not bring my then 1 year old and my daughter and I both had procedures. Lastly, when I signed contract as you can see. I was told it was for only six months and they could not take any more money when the contract ended and it was taken out my account. As you can see on the contract it is not initialed by where it said to call or text to cancel. But I did tell the technician that when I went in it would be my last procedure. It is written in 6 month contract so I would like a refund. The manager did not come to the phone or take the call.Business response

I apologize you feel you've had issues from the beginning. Our timeline seems to show a different experience:
You signed our contract on October 5th, 2022 for a minimum of 6 months of service. We do not show any service issues in your file nor have you discussed any complaints with any staff regarding your services. We do however have the following No Show/Customer Cancelations and booked appointments in our system.
On November 23rd, 2022 you No Showed a 5:30pm appointment. Our system sent two automated reminders at 48 hours and 24 hours. You did not call to reschedule this appointment.
You did not schedule an appointment for December 2022.
You did schedule an appointment for January 9th, 2023 at 6pm, which you canceled and rescheduled for January 16th, 2023 at 3pm. The January 16th appointment was complete.
You then scheduled your February 16th, 2023 at 5:15pm which you No Showed this appointment.
March timeline:
- On March 24th, 2023 at 4:41pm ****** reached out after noticing you had not scheduled your ************** She stated "We need to book a service for your March VIP membership before the month ends...Let me know what you would like to book and I'll get you set up (smiley face emoji)"
- You replied outside of business hours on March 25th, 2023 at 2:54pm with "Cavitation"
- On Monday, March 27th, 2023 at 1:02pm we asked "Could you do 3/28 3:15pm or 4:15pm?"
- On March 27th, 2023 at 4:58pm you responded "You have anything later?"
- On March 28th, 2023 at 1:31pm we responded "Hello Miss. Theodosia! Which specific facial would you like?"
- On March 28th, 2023 at 3:34pm you responded "No cavitation"
Even though our policy clearly states in the Membership Termination section that you must cancel the membership, we have processed the refund and canceled your membership retroactive to April 1st, 2023, which was the start of the new 6-month contract.
With regards to your complaint about bringing a 1 year old child into the facility; we do not provide child care during procedures and due to the nature of our business, we are not able to allow children in the rooms during visits. This is for the safety of our clients and employees.
