DO NOT HIRE THEM!! This is a group of professional scammers. ********************* is the absolute worst!! She quoted me 3.5k for a custody case and sent me a 9k bill after 2 hearings and accomplished nothing. This battalax shows up to court looking like she just left a sleezy $20 motel with her wig on backwards, an absolute embarrassment to herself and anyone associated with her!!

Our records show **************** hired Bailey & Galyen on May 8, 2023 and executed a contract.
In the contract, a payment plan was agreed to for the initial retainer, and further **************** agreed to replenish his account once the funds had been depleted. 
This case moved along quickly and the funds paid were depleted quicker then the payment plan payments were made. 
************ attended two hearings for which she had to prepare, gathered numerous documents, speak with **************** to go over his packet of evidence for the second hearing.  
************ is a seasoned family law attorney who takes her clients concerns and cases seriously. 
We do note that the BBB complaint does not mention ************ was not prepared nor does it mention he felt his case was not handled properly and professionally. 
The BBB complaint attacks ************ personally. 
At no time did ************ appear in court in unprofessional attire, and she takes umbrage with Mr. ******* description of her and her appearance. 
We wish **************** the best.

My attorney *************************** was my guardian angle through a high risk divorce. I was so lost, and she helped me through the process and protected my children and I. This firm is a joke. I would not hire them anymore. My attorney, *********************, showed up late to my hearing without contacting me whatsoever and charged me for the time he was absent. He also charged me 175 dollars for changing one word on my final order. He did not keep in contact with me and started acting on my behalf without consulting me continuously charging me for things I was not aware of. He just wanted to drag out my case to continue to charge me for something I couldve done myself.

Bailey and Galyen understands that you have some concerns about the billing in your case.  Please know that the attorney reviewed the invoices prior to them being sent out to check them for accuracy.  In reviewing your invoices, Bailey and Galyen believes all the billing was done accurately and correctly.  
The attorney does remember, however, that you had specific concerns related to some recent billing, as it seems you and the attorney may have miscommunicated about the next steps for the case.  Those entries have been written off, and credited back to your account as a courtesy. You can see that credit on the most recent invoice, dated January 5, 2024. Please feel free to reach out to your attorney about any concerns related to any other invoices.

Bailey and Galyen has price gouged me for excessive fees that are NOT justifiable. I have been mislead, left confused, unanswered, and feeling LESS confident with them. The unethically worst part of this whole experience is because of their negligence. I had my health insurance cancelled and I lost a child, a pregnancy that might have been saved with doctor ************ I have a $5000+ hospital bill with instructions to follow up asap with my doctor that I couldnt see in time because of their NEGLIGENCE! Also, I was EMBARRASSED in court in front of the judge! The judge looked at my lawyer and asked her if she had taken the time to go over my case with me about a particular issue and she said no she hasnt and she was stuck looking unprepared! Thankfully the JUDGE took it into HIS OWN HANDS to correct what would have been an issue no thanks to my lawyer. This has been an absolute horrible experience and I am baffled that this law firm is operating with such low quality work. The first day I became a client I received an email sent to me by accident with someone elses case load that included their private sensitive information including names, childrens info, addresses, job info and social security numbers!! If they are so negligent to accidently send me that whos to say my info or any other clients info wont get EXPOSED too.

**************** hired Bailey & Galyen on June 29, 2023 to represent her in a suit affecting the parent child relationship filed by the Office of the Attorney General.
This was not a divorce matter therefore ****************** health insurance and/or her medical expenses were not part of the suit affecting the parent child relationship filed by the Office of the Attorney General nor could they have been. 
The suit filed and in which Bailey & Galyen was hired on pertained to her child not her. 
We are sorry to hear that **************** experience these health issues and related medical expenses but again Bailey & Galyen was not hired on any matter pertaining to **************** health insurance or her medical expenses. 

Our records show we filed her counterpetition with the Court on June 30, 2023 which was one day after she hired ************* 
Her temporary orders hearing was set for and held on July 5, 2023 and at that hearing the opposing party was given supervised visitation. 
A brief hearing was held before the hearing officer and the supervised visitation ruling was made and it was then the opposing party asked for time to get a lawyer.  At no time did ********************** to the hearing officer that she had not spoken to ****************. In fact, **************** sat in the hallway with ************ and went over the entire hearing packet including the request for relief and her exhibits. It was at this time any additional questions ************** had were answered by ************. This was all done prior to the hearing. 
The October 4, 2023 final trial was reset due to the illness of a party.
The final trial was held on October 23, 2023 and a default judgment was taken against the opposing party because he did not show up for the final trial. 

At all times ************ was diligent, communicative, and professional with her handling of ****************** case regarding her child. Ultimately, ************ achieved ****************** desire result at the October 23, 2023 final trial.
