I hired The Perfect Move to relocate my storage belongings from two storage units into one unit closer to me. Thier employee caused significant delays, from detouring to gas station for over half an hour and getting the moving truck stuck in the building. At the time they assured me they would credit me the time for those delays. They did not. I have emailed them several times, and called and left messages. They have not made any attempt to respond.I have provided them with my ****** location history to show exaclty how long the delays actually were, much more than an hour. We waited over a half hour when they stopped at the gas station, Then they got truck stuck in the building and wated an hour for that. We were further delayed after that at another gas station as they had to reinflate the tires on the truck (approximately another hour.)By my calcualtions they have overcharged me by an hour and a half ($195) not including all my wasted time, we had to rent another truck later on to move a handful of items they didn't want to pack and finish the job. The attached email was sent on 11/15/2022 and I followed up on 11/22/2022 and have called and left at least two voicemails and messages.Initial Complaint

I had an estimator come out to my home on 9/27 to give us an estimate. They quoted $1620. After the completed move, I was charged substantially over at $2896. I would highly recommend not to use them! They will greatly misquote you to earn your business.Business response

A quote is not the final price and only an estimate of pricing. The move took more than initially expected but was completed.
