***************************************************** This place is very Unsanitary, very nasty. Falling apart. This place should be condemned. Do not take your kids there.

I loved it! The staff was friendly and the front desk assistant ***** was especially nice. The managers ******* the ** and *** the A** were kind and respectful.

A week ago, my granddaughter lost her cellphone at the ***************** location. Manager ****, along with other managers and staff went above and beyond to help locate her phone. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my granddaughters loss.After six days, they located the phone and contacted us. Even if the phone wasn't returned, we felt good knowing that they cared.The staff at this park in ********, ******* is truly an asset to your company. They should be commended.

I purchased a party package, Nothing that I paid for was provided. Kids didn't get their play time. I bought extra food, they didn't have enough cups for my extra guests. I looked around gathering all the kids. Guested waited over 15 minutes to get checked in. Adults were being counted as jumpers. Not worth the money. Host kept telling ** we had to leave the room early.

I went in and purchase 2 deluxe and 1 under 5 purchase. I was ask did my kids have proper sock I said yes and purchase 1 pair for my younger daughter. Once we got in the manager from the kitchen came out and said my son needs there sick and I told her o wasnt aware. I was told I have to leave after I wont purchase socks and ask for my money back because I did not like the service provided. I was told they dont do refunds. We had just got in. Totally a rip off business.

My debit card was double charged and they told me they don't offer refunds. How convenient for them. I'm sure that's more profitable, albeit, a shady business practice!

ZERO STARS!!My son who is 13 years old was harassed by "manager" **** at the ******, ** location. My son had a gift card that I text to him a picture of the front & back along with the barcode of the gift card directly from their website where you can check a balance. The website advises you can present the barcode to be scanned rather than bringing the actual card. I paid for a yearly membership for both of my children. My son was simply trying to buy a water or whatever he was getting at the concession stand. **** told him "we were scammers trying to scam them " and refused to scan the card. I called the location over and over by kept getting forward to voicemail. I then spoke with manager ***** who was able to resolve the issue quickly. ***** did apologize to my son but **** didn't think he should have to and flat out told him this. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS! The gift cards were purchased at your location. ***** was able to pull them up in the system by my name & number. You would THINK rather than calling my son a scammer and continuing to harass him over a $2.00 water you'd maybe just look in your system to verify or pick up the phone and call his mother? Disappointing. I WILL continue to share this and I will be canceling out membership. We will take our business elsewhere going forward.
