I purchased a pass on 7/21/21 to attend a class at The Lagree Studio. After the purchase my account was put on hold, and I was unable to book and class and use the pass that I already paid for. Im not sure why. I have reached out to the business via phone call/voicemail/email multiple times over the past year with no response at all. Now the pass is expiring this month. This just doesnt seem right to me. Its wasnt a lot of money, but its the principal. It sort of feels like they stole from me.

We checked your account and it was never put on hold. Your credit is in your account and has been available for you to use these last 12 months. It does expire on 7.21.22. We did change our platform from Mindbody to ***********, which would have required you to delete our old app and install our new one. If you were accessing your account via our website, you would have been prompted to reset your password to access your new account on ***********.We did send out several emails to our community regarding this new system over the 2 months leading up to this transition and after it was implemented. BBB, This person schedule 4 classes prior to purchasing this one class. She late cancelled three of the four classes and took one class. We checked all of our records and we have not received any calls, texts, or emails from her. She has one class that she purchase and could use between 7.21.21 - 7.21.22. It does have a 12 month expiration on it. It is in her account, and has been all this time, so she can use it and could have used it this entire time.
