      I am very fed up and upset with this company. I ordered clothes from Edikted, and Xdelivery said it was delivered on March 3 at 6:13 Pm. It is now March 8th, and no sign of the package. I ordered this on Feb 26th, so it's been over 10 days, and I'm still waiting, The tracking code is XLX03T001418XVS88. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service.

      I placed an order with Saks on 12/27/22 and Xdelivery.ai picked up the packed on 12/28/22 in **. The package arrived at the local distribution center on 01/03/23 and was listed as undeliverable although they had the correct address. I reached out to Saks who reach out to carrier. Now, on 1/4/23 the carrier is stating the item has been delivered at 930AM. NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE TO ME. This is absurd. Shame on Saks for using this company. I want my package delivered as ordered. Tracking number XLX03P001248KZXZS.

The shipment was marked by one of the processing facilities as undeliverable erroneously, but was ultimately processed for delivery. We have shared this instance with our team to prevent similar confusion and frustration in the future.

      It looks like this shipment was delivered on 1/4. We were able to obtain a photo of the delivery (see attached). We are sorry to hear that you were unable to locate the shipment upon delivery. If you still have yet to locate the shipment, we recommend reaching out to the seller for additional assistance.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Leaving package on top of a community mailbox with **** units is irresponsible given you could have taken the elevator up 4 floors and delivered it properly.  The package was picked up by another party and delivered to me. This is irresponsible as you were not aware of its contents and if it could be dangerous.  Awful service!

      I ordered from Saks on December 24th, 2023. My order was never delivered by this shipping company although it was marked as delivered. I emailed this shipping company, X Delivery because there is no other way to contact them and I am still awaiting their response. Tracking says the package was received at their distribution center at 9:43am on December 29th and then it says delivered in one minute to my address at 9:44am on December 29th. How can you deliver to two different locations at the same time? The tracking number is XLX032001228K4PAF. Making a delivery from one location to another in one minute is impossible. Also, nothing was left in front of my door and no one rang my doorbell for a delivery because I was home. Tracking does not even say Out for Delivery like it should. This carrier is lying and one of their deliverers has stolen my package. I will not be ordering from Saks if they continue to use such a neglectful, incompetent, and irresponsible shipping carrier to deliver valuable orders. I want my items that I purchased and I want delivery of my package.

      I ordered from Saks Fifth four days before Christmas, I was told my package would be here the 24th. My package never came & it had it was being held in *******. I never received an address where I could pick it up or anything. The 27th it said it was being redelivered & that it was unable to be delivered because they couldnt find the address. I was home all day & NO ONE ever showed up. I called customer ************** said the driver came but he couldnt get in. NO ONE ever came. Its now the 28th & I STILL DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE. NOR CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE IT IS.

      I purchased a christmas gift from Saks 5th Avenue on 12/12/22 to be shipped to my daughter in *************, **. I was notified on 12/19/22 that the package could not be delivered as addressed. I contacted ****, providing them an apartment number and was advised on 12/24 that the package could still not be delivered. I have shipped to this address MULTIPLE time without issue! After contacting Saks again, I was told the package was being shipped back to their distribution center for a full refund. My daugther will now not receive her gift and I will be forced to re-purchase the item and ship it via a competant carrier like ***** or *** at my expense due to this carrier's incompentancy!       On 12/12 an online order was placed from Saks Fifth Avenue on the same day at 4pm I received another email from Saks my item had shipped. Tracking#XLX03P0011M8FHEPR. On Saturday 12/17 at 10:26am the package was received at local distribution center of *************** **. on 12/17 10:27am the package departed facility ***** **. at 10:28am Out for delivery **************** **, at 10:31am package shoes delivered at my Address. We live in a gated community every vehicle is recorded. security videos and cameras at my residence show nothing was delivered so I am out of a very expressive Item and Christmas gift. I emailed no RESPOSE. Someone neesd to be accountable for this error WHERE IS MY PACKAGE.

      I purchased an item from Saks.com and paid for expedited shipping to guarantee delivery before Christmas. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it has not moved in two days.       I ordered something off Saks and it used this delivery service. I have submitted several request on where my package is, no response. I have gotten a its been shipped. However, Ive been waiting for over a week and no movement on shipment. Delivery states 2-5 days.

      I purchased an order from Edikted on November 25th, 2022. On November 28, 2022, I got an email saying the order was shipped and they provided me with a tracking number XLX03T001168ASG8W. I live in an apartment complex so I checked the package center every day for the next week and a half and there was nothing. When I went to check the tracking status online, it said that the order was delivered on Dec. 3rd. I still have not received anything and it is now Dec. 16.

      I made a purchase from Saks 5th Avenue on Wednesday, Dec. 7. On Friday, Dec. 9, I received an email saying the product had shipped. I assumed it would be via **** as it traditionally is, but the tracking number was for X *********** and offered very little information. The package was scheduled for delivery yesterday, Dec. 12. At 1:23 pm the tracking updated to say "Will re-attempt delivery next business day ********* **." However, the package was to be delivered in *********. I then received an email from Saks around 5pm saying the package had been delivered, but it was nowhere to be found (when I ordered it, ****' website said it would require a signature, as it should because it was very expensive). I checked the tracking number, hoping for a picture or the name of the person who accepted the package, but instead I saw a delivery time of 3 pm and a dot on a map several miles up the road from my home. The product I ordered is now out of stock so my only option from Saks is a refund that I will have to wait until Dec. 19 to request. I am extremely disappointed and hoping X Delivery will have some plan to locate and deliver the package.
