      Place an order on Aug 4th from Saks they shipped the package it arrived in ******** where i live but they sent it to ******** **, and it has ent moved since Aug 11th, I cant get anyone to help, Xdelivery has NO customer service line to call that I can find and Saks isnt doing anything either. Not sure why **** has decided to use this horrible company but I wont be ordering anymore from Saks if this is the shipping company theyll be using !

      I couldnt leave no star review cause they dont deserve a star. This is the worse company to have any packaged shipped through if your merchant sends your product through them you might as well dispute the charge with your bank you will never see what you paid for. I ordered from Mnml on 1/19 my original delivery date was 1/24. X Delivery lied and said they made an attempt but I was home all day no knock at my door or call. They updated my delivery date to 1/27 I still have yet to receive my package Ive sent multiple support emails to them have not received any response. Horrible customer service by far. I repeat DONT USE!!!

      I am so very disappointed. Ordered from Saks on January 10 received email informing me package was delivered on January 13th!!! No package yet.. !!!Saks is refusing to do anything, no refund, just empty I am sorry s.This is very unfairTried reaching X~Delivery to no avail!!! Thus is a total customer nightmare!!!Saks is the originator and X-Delivery should b working together to resolve this issue

      I got a package that says it was delivered on 1/4/2023 and it was never delivered to my house but I look at the location of the package it looks like it was delivered at a random location.

      order from sak fifth Ave my package arrived at their facility on 12/19/2022. and was out for delivery on the same day later it was scanned delayed for no reason. on 12/20/22 they did nothing with the package they didnt even try to attempt a delivery, on 12/21/2022 they scanned the package at their facility at being held. and on 12/22/2022 they just decided to send the package return to sender because the package was undeliverable. mind you i work at a post office where we receive *********** OnTrack, DHL packages everyday how can they say it was undeliverable. They had the package nearly a whole week and not once was there an attempt to deliver my package. this was a Christmas gift for my wife.

      So I ordered some items on 11/25/22 from mnml. A couple days go by and I' past my delivery date and I got message that the order was delayed, no problem as I was fine waiting. When my package finally arrived, or so I thought I got an email saying it was delivered but when I got back to my apartment there was no package for me in the mailroom. Then I reached out to them and mnml in order to find my package and they said it was delivered to my door. Once again there was nothing in front of my door. Also the tracking on mnml's site shows the package in a different location than my apartment. When I asked xdelivery to confirm the address where it was sent they said they couldn't. I AM THE ONE WHO ORDERED IT WHY CAN'T YOU CONFIRM THE ADDRESS THAT I PROVIDED??? After reading all the other reviews it just seems that this company is awful and no one should be using them.

      This is crazy. This company is definitely a SCAM! I had placed an order on Saks Fifth Ave on 12/06/2022, and I received a email stating my package was delivered. I went to check to see cause I definitely been home all day and never received a package. It was definitely from this stupi* company. They lied and said they delivered my package on 12/10/2022, and I never received a package. My son birthday is in 2 weeks again and this was a birthday gift. This is just unacceptable that this company will steal people packages. We work extremely hard for our money and we rely on carriers to do their job and deliver our packages. Saks have never used this company in the past and I can't believe they are using them now. There is no number to contract this company at all this is beyond crazy, and I am extremely ******.

      package was suppose to be delivered on the 3rd of Dec and now its saying as of the 6th they ATTEMPTED yeah yall are stealing packages and im very upset my item is sold out so if i dont received it IM GOING TO BE PISSED!. There is no way yall attempted a package delivery and i didnt see it .Cant believe SAKS FIFTH ACTUALLY USE YALL UNPROFESSIONAL THIEVES WITH NO CONTACT TO TALK TO ANYONE!

      My story is just like all the others here. My Saks Fifth Avenue order was supposedly delivered on 11/19 I have been waiting for weeks and sure enough it is nowhere to be seen. I now have to wait 14 days for my money to get back to me I dont drive Im a single mom and now I messed up Christmas for the kids. I hope you guys get shut down this *****. I didnt even get an email with updates.

      I ordered a package through Built Bar on 11/14/22 it shipped out 11/15/22 and said it would be delivered on 11/17/22. Come 11/17/22 the tracking stated it was delayed and would be delivered on 11/18/22. Come 11/18/22 it was then again delayed at the local distribution facility and it would be delivered on 11/21/22 ( Weekend in between). On 11/21/22 it was then again delayed to I reached out to Built bar and they said they would look into it. in the meantime the tracking changed and it said it was delivered on 11/16/22 @ 4:44pm MST. We were home during that time and nothing was delivered what so ever! and logically that makes no sense that it was delayed for 3 days then all of a sudden it was delivered 3 days prior? Issue with this is what I ordered was IN STOCK at the time and now its OUT OF STOCK so I can't even get the product anymore and I have upset customers. The only thing Built Bar can do is issue a refund. X Delivery is awful and makes no sense what so ever! Tracking # #XLX0030010S86NFRJ
