I'm sorry to learn about your impression of our company. Your criticisms are harsh, but are overall fair given your individual experience. Regrettably, had things been handled a little differently, I think that you would have a different feeling about your time with Barefoot.
After receiving this feedback, I had a chance to review the entire account history, including email correspondence with you and our customer service team. Taking a forensic account-wide view, I can see how underlying billing issues at the start of your newly integrated account led to the final billing complications you detailed in your review. How differences in notification settings left you feeling surprised by our visits and confused about your scheduling. And how "Barefoot" service results felt lacking, even when preformed by technicians who had treated your home under the previous company. Looking at this history, it is a disappointing series of missed opportunities and 'what if' situations that, had they gone the other way, you would likely still be a client today.
I'm going to honor your request for a refund on payments made for the recent quarterly service done in July, and clear up any residual outstanding billing issues dating back to the account integration. Not because I hope for you to edit or change this review, but because its the right thing to do.
At this point, you may very well be done with this issue, and just care to move on. However, I will make myself available to speak with you more on this if you'd like to, and break down all the issues I identified had gone wrong.
