            I order a battery for my video ring doorbell installed the new one but its not working at all to try to put my doorbell in reset mode. I went a brought a new doorbell not the same version. I emailed the company letting them know what happen and what I need to do to return it. I was offered a partial refund of ***** and to keep the battery saying it would be a return shipping fee. I emailed back and told them I can pay my own return fee and I dont need the battery at all. I didnt agree to the partial refund that I received anyway without me saying yes or no. Im going to call their company number tomorrow to see how to get my full amount of ***** that I paid for it. The company stated I had 30 days to return it for a full refund. I havent received an email response back since I got that partial refund. I paid for it through PayPal.

            Product not as represented. Company would not respond to emails that were sent thru their website contact page. Phone number not in service. Filed dispute with credit card company. Company then agreed to refund if I returned product, which I did. *********** refuses to refund and will not respond to emails.
