  ******************************* is a *********** member of AKC Dachsunds and AKC kennel owner of "Domino's Dachshunds". I met her about 10 years ago. I sought her advice and spoke to her occasionally. I bought my first boy Dachshund, ****** from a breeder 6 years ago from "Dredachs Dachsunds." I asked ******************************* if she would like to trade a girl from her kennel in exchange for using and showing ******. ******* said she would, but said she would need to ****own" him to show him. I trusted her that this was what she needed from me. She gave me a 4 month girl "*******,"we also ***own. We agreed to a puppy back from ******** breedings. ******* would breed ****** ******************** didn't show ******, but bred him two times (10 puppies). I asked her to send ****** back. She refused. It has been over 14 months. It doesn't stop there. ******* is planning to breed him for a third time. She has refused also refused to give me one of his puppies.

  first: I'm not a member of the Austin *********************************** I am not a business I am a hobbyist.  

  We traded dogs and I had a male puppy for her and she refused it. Recently I offered her the female she wanted but I wanted my female back. 

  I have her hand written contract which doesn't require me to give her ****** back. I've already discussed this with AKC and position is 9/10s of the law

  and I have possession of him and I am the first co-owner. 

  I asked ****** if she had a contract with the breeder of ****** twice before we signed the papers and she  said "NO"  but  I have talked to his breeder and

  she said she had a contract with ****** which stated she had first right of refusal. That means ****** was supposed to offer him to her first. So she got me

  into a mess with the breeder.  

  I didn't show ****** because he was so skinny and out of shape plus his teeth were terrible and he had behavior problems when he came. It took time to get 

  through all that mess. 

  The female I traded to her for ****** had a ear infection which ****** thought was ear mites and she didn't take the lil girl to the vet to find out that it was not

  ear mites but a yeast infection , so what she was doing wasn't working. total neglect. She had that problem for at least 11 months. I have all her texts to me 

  and I have the original contract and I have a voice mail where she refuses the puppy male and ****** because she wanted a female and she didn't want any 

  males. I have a email from her refusing the female because she didn't want any part of any deal from me. As I said I have gone to the governing body over registrations 

  for AKC (American kennel club) and unless I give him up to his breeder he isn't going  to anyone. Esp a person who can't have more then a couple of dogs at her 

  apt and was just going to find another breeder in her area who could keep and use him in exchange for him being there. ****** is not going there.

  I am not a member of your BBB and you have no jurisdiction over my hobby.

  ******* has made a sham of our contract, denying everything that we detailed in the discussion of our agreement. ****** has been severely injured while in her care. She has also cheated the breeder of ****** and a judge and I've been told many others.

  AS DISCUSSED, THE ***** OF KEEPING ****** WERE FOR YOU TO SHOW HIM, SEND HIM BACK, OR BREED HIM AND SEND HIM BACK. YOUR GUTLESS SUGGESTION OF HAVING NO OBLIGATION WHILE KEEPING ****** IS A LIE. THE **** "KEEP" ITSELF MEANS TO BE FAITHFUL TO.

  (Me) I BOUGHT ****** AND RAISED HIM AND SENT HIM FOR YOU TO SHOW, BREED AND SEND BACK, NOT TO BREED AND EXPLOIT HIM. YOU WERE TO RETURN HIM IF YOU DIDN'T SHOW HIM. IF I ACTUALLY TRADED ****** FOR YOUR DOG ******* I WOULD HAVE SIGNED HIM OVER TO YOU. 1st or 2nd OWNER ISN'T IMPORTANT.

  THE BREEDER KNOWS WHY YOU HAD ***OWNERSHIP AND THAT WAS TO SHOW ******. AFTER SHE TOLD YOU THIS YOU EXPLOITED ****** FURTHER. YOU PUT HIM UP FOR STUD, DISRESPECTING ME, ****** AND HIS BREEDER EVEN FURTHER.
  YOU'RE TROUBLE IS FROM YOUR OWN DISHONESTY.

I OFFERED TO HELP WITH ANY BILLS.  INSTEAD YOU TOOK HIM AND BRED HIM.  IF HE WAS IN TERRIBLE SHAPE WHY DIDYOU BREED HIM AND PUT HIM UP FOR STUD? 
  ****** IS A SWEET BOY. NO ONE HAS EVER SAID HE WAS A BAD DOG BUT *******. HE IS LOVED BY MY WHOLE FAMILY.

  I WAS TOLD THAT THE **** BOY WAS ELECTROCUTED AND SUFFERED SEIZURES FOR 5 DAYS BEFORE BEING PUT DOWN.

  (Me)  ******* DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY SITUATION AND IT ISN'T HER BUSINESS. I DON'T LIVE IN AN APARTMENT. YOUR AGREEMENT WAS WITH ME NOT THE BREEDER.  YOU HAD ***OWNERSHIP OF ****** TO SHOW HIM. THE BREEDER KNOWS. YOU VIOLATED OUR AGREEMENT. THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. 
  
  THE BREEDER WANTED TO SHOW ******. I CONSENTED, ******* REFUSED.

  (Me) ******* FINALLY SURRENDERED ****** TO THE BREEDER WHO HAS BEEN HELPING ME GET HIM FROM *******. HE WAS IN HORRIBLE SHAPE. I HAVE INCLUDED A PICTURE OF HIS MOUTH. HIS INCISOR WAS BASHED IN AND HAS TO BE REMOVED, HIS GUMS WERE BLEEDING AND HE'S ANOREXIC BECAUSE OF THE **** IN HIS MOUTH. HIS COAT IS THIN OR MISSING. ******* CLAIMS TO NOT KNOW HOW ****** IS IN THIS CONDITION.  

  TO ALL READERS: PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BREEDER. SHE IS A VERY MEAN PERSON.
