I contact this company of which I spoke to ******************, to do some privacy fencing. I signed a contract in May and work had to be completed in June. I will call, my husband will call almost every day, finally the work got done in October with a number of faults. He removed my sprinklers and did not put them back as he promised to do instead some of the sprinklers was concreted in the ground and some was left behind the fence. The gates are too small and some of the screws are falling out, plus the fencing are lopsided and not done properly and I have to place blocks under the fence, so my dogs won't pass under and run away. The piece that is lopsided, when I asked about it, his son told me that he made a mistake, and he will fix it and he did not. I had to contact another company to come in and repair my sprinklers due to the fact that they were damaged by the concrete that was poured on them. I have paid ****************** a deposit of $9,800.00 and then when the work was completed, I was at work, he sent me, and my husband videos and he was on his way to my job to collect his outstanding balance. I tried to hold him off until I came home so I can look to make sure I was satisfied with the job, but he was determined to come to my job to collect his check. I did not have no choice but to pay him his outstanding balance of $5,000.00, because he said that they were leaving town the night. I even go as far as asking him if he cut trees and he said yes. He told me he will cut the trees and clean out behind the fence, which he did not even do.
