VT Services Group is an FFL holder that provides training and certification in order to obtain a ***** LTC License (conceal carry). Texas DPS needs this signed certification (from myself and the instructor, *********************) in order to process the application. The application with DPS is good for a year. I took the firearms course and "passed" back in November 22'. All the necessary paperwork has been submitted to the state except the signed portion of the certificate from the instructor. This is delaying my application process. I have made several attempts to get ********************* to send the signed certificate in order to start the process. I have several text messages on file stating that he would do it as soon as possible. However, he has not emailed me the file or sent the paperwork to the state. This is business and I would like to resolve this in a applicable manner.Business response

Dear Mr. ********************* clarify. You could not find the one we signed back in November 2022. You contacted me about a month ago and offered to be signed again. Since you modified the document, I can only sign in person and sent it back to you with the asking you meet me at our location to have signed. We are about two miles from your reported location, and we open until 5:00pm. Please make the necessary arrangements and will sign once again. Please correct your statement with the correct information.

I am rejecting this response because:
Incorrect. The *** Certificate was never signed. From my understanding, Texas DPS doesnt have the certificate on file. After qualifying, I signed the certificate via DocuSign and forwarded the document to VT Services to complete the application process. Several weeks passed, and I contacted my instructor on how long the process would take. (See text history). I later contacted Texas DPS regarding my application, I was told that my application had expired and I would have to resubmit the application, finger prints, and certification. They never received the *** certificate. Furthermore, resubmitted a current application and fingerprints this year.To remedy this issue, Im willing to make an appointment with VT Services and stop by with a copy Ive signed so my instructor can sign as well.

Dear *******,
We did send you the signed copy. One thing is that you did not receive for whatever reasons. Another think is that. what you are saying in your claim. We can resolve this with a simple visit to our store which about 2 miles from your location on the same town. Also, remove you complain. or the way I see it have two options: 1. Accept the form we sent you and stop by the shop to identify yourself for me to signe it personally the copy one more time. 2. I will refund your test money and you go to another instructor to certify you (send information for the refund).

Sir, I have no records showing a signed Certification via, email, Return receipt via DocuSign, Texts, or a hard copy. In order to move forward for a resolution, Ill make arrangements with VT Services to stop by with a copy of the *** Certificate for a signature from the instructor.Better Business Bureau:
