Oh Gozova. What a waste of a good idea. First, they promise that what they quote is the ratethis is inaccurate to say the least. You receive a phone call with the actual rate. For me it was much higher but I agreed it was around $1800. Then 4 days before the move I received a phone call that the original movers backed out and the new movers were going to charge me DOUBLE what was originally quoted at $4300. At this point I had no choice but agreed. At that time I confirmed the move time for 8 am. The day before the move I received a text message at 5:15 pm that they would not be picking up until sometime between 12 noon and 1 pm. The day of the move the movers showed up at 3 pm! This put us so far behind considering we were driving 9 hours to a hotel for the first night. Originally they were going to drop off my items on Sunday morning. While they were loading they said that they didnt want to miss out on a night in ****** ***** so they would be dropping off on Saturday night instead. WHETHER I WAS THERE OR NOT. They also made sure to ask for a tip in cash so that they did not have to pay taxes. So unprofessional! The next morning we got up at 5 am and hit the road! The movers called us around 9 am to tell us that they were out of money and needed us to send them gas money! They literally tried to SHAKE ** DOWN for additional money. They also threatened me by saying not to call Gozova. I did call and they said they would call me right back. Over an hour later I received a phone call saying that they got in contact with the lead mover and they had lost the gas card. They miraculously found the card and were on the road. We arrived in ****** in early and waited to hear from them. I texted and called and heard NOTHING from the movers. Finally at 12 am they told me that they would not be dropping the stuff off until the morning. No communication. I complained to Gozova and they issued be a refund of $275. What saints they are. :(Dont use them. Not worth the hassle and stress.
