I met with and obtained quotes from over 10 companies before selecting Texas Foundation Experts for foundation repair. The minute that *************** with Texas Foundation Experts walked into our home, my mind was made up. *** is genuine, compassionate, patient, and honest and made me feel comfortable about exactly what activities would take place during the foundation repair. It took almost a year to come up with the funds for the repair due to a job loss but I promised that when we were ready to have the job done, Texas Foundation Experts would be who we would hire for the job. As promised, I contacted *** 12-months later. *** knew exactly who I was and arranged to get the job on the schedule. ***** at Texas Foundation Experts contacted me to set up the job and walked me through the days and months ahead. The big day came and the crew arrived on schedule. They completed the job in one day. In addition to raising the foundation (which was so cool to watch), they caulked around windows, added mortar between bricks, and put the landscaping back in place. The job went without a single glitch. Not only was I no longer walking downhill in one end of our house but the interior cracks in the sheetrock closed and so did the doors we had issues with prior to the job. *** even came by to make sure that the job was going as planned. One thing I learned along the way is that ***** and entire crew are also genuine, compassionate, patient, and honest. Texas Foundation Experts and their staff is hands down the only company out there that I would recommend for foundation repair.

Texas Foundation Experts did repairs to my home before I bought it. They made the warranty transfer process quick & easy and when I had questions 2 years later they were quick to come out and take a look. They took the time to walk me thru what was previously done (since I wasnt living here at the time), give me tips to help minimize future shifting in other areas of the home and quickly scheduled me for repairs. The customer service has been 10/10; very kind and responsive. I feel confident in their work and would recommend them to others.

I spent months getting multiple estimates for my home foundation. I had some relatively sudden movement due to poor soil, erosion and drainage. The problem attracted as many different solutions to fixing as the number of companies that came out to assess it. Then I called TX Foundation experts. *** came out and gave me an honest assessment. He addressed the problem areas and gave me my options in plain english (so to speak). The price he quoted me blew me away. Not because they are cheap but because he/they didnt want to add unnecessary work and cost to fixing the problem. They came on the scheduled day to perform the work and banged it out with one of the most professional crews Ive ever worked with. They lifted my house, stabilized it and performed all clean up and accessory work beyond my expectation. I am super happy with the results! Doors work perfectly, windows are caulked, bricks don't have cracks anymore, drainage is fixed and I can go on. The responsiveness and customer service were the best you can ask for. Bottom line, I place great value in companies that do good business. They do good business!!!! I also believe in reviews, good or bad , for consumers to get the best they can out of business dealings. Hopefully this review helps you. I will recommend TX Foundation experts to all my people.

I met with Ben twice in about year and a half before I decided to follow through with the repairs. Each time he did his best to reassure me, and calm my fears. On the day of the repair, he and his crew arrived early, making sure all my questions had been answered. The crew was fast and efficient, and did a great job. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will certainly call them again.
