            10/11/2021, I had my 2008 F250 Lariat FX4 towed to Express diesel for quote. 10/13/2021, was informed that transfer case was damaged and they had a used one off of a wrecked vehicle they had available. I gave them my reservation on a used part. They offered me a 30 day warranty, used transfer case for $2500, out the door price by text on 10/13/2021. 10/15/2021, I was informed that the technicians mother on hospice died and that would push my repair back 3 days. I said sounds good. 10/17/2021, I get a text saying truck is done, they are ready for payment and I can pick up truck anytime. But they had to take the front drive shaft off and place in back of p/u because a gear was damaged inside transfer case behind shaft that they did not catch. I texted back saying the repair was not complete if i cant use 4wd. After some back and forth, I get a call from the owner saying just come pick the truck up, told him I would pay for his services and then bring my truck back for warranty work. 4wd?

            Racism and rude treaatment, and bad business practices, I placed a ****** review on this business and the response back from this owner was totally unprofessional and discriminatory based on my race and the fact that I live in the ****************** and the fact that my area code begins with 318. I was called a black piece of s*** Said that he would never answer calls from 318 area code .. This guy has no decals on his business truck and no way of knowing who he his, he came to where I was broke down in ********** ** never identified who he was looked at me threw his hands in the air and drove off.. NEVER USE THIS GUY HE IS TOTALLY RACIST AND is unprofessional!
