Subject: Formal Complaint Against B.C.M. Landscaping and ******************************** and ********************* for Non-Delivery of Services and Refusal to Refund Deposit I am writing to formally complain about the services provided by B.C.M. Landscaping, operated by ****************** ********************* and his wife *********************************. I contracted **************** to build a fence at my property and paid a deposit of $5,100 for the materials needed for the project.Despite the substantial time elapsed, now over four months, **************** has failed to provide any proof of ordering the materials required for the fence construction. Repeated inquiries and requests for either the commencement of the work or a refund of the material deposit have been refused. ******************** failure to communicate effectively and his lack of transparency have left me with no recourse but to question the integrity of his commitment and to take further action.Given these circumstances, I have reported this incident to the local ******************* as a case of felony theft, underlining the gravity of the situation. The investigations are ongoing.I am requesting the intervention of BBB to assist in resolving this matter. I hope that by bringing this issue to your attention, further potential grievances by other consumers might be prevented. My primary objectives are:1. To obtain a full refund of the material deposit paid to ****************.2. To warn other community members about the business practices of B.C.M. Landscaping.I can provide copies of all relevant documents, including the invoices and correspondence with ****************, to support my claim. I am prepared to provide any additional information required to assist with this matter.Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance.
