In August 2021, I placed an order for a rug from Incredible Rugs and Dcor in the amount of $1,559.20. After several months of waiting for a delivery, the company determined the rug was missing and/or lost. They reordered the item and I awaited delivery. On October 14, 2021, both the original rug (assumed lost) and the replacement rug arrived at my home. Both were badly damaged with visible oil stains (pictures below). They were refused (see refusal below) and I contacted the vendor about how to proceed. They placed a second replacement order in November and the item never arrived. They placed a third replacement order in January and told me the item was expected to arrive within ***** days. On the day the rug was expected to arrive (1/20, today), I leaned that the rug never shipped. I canceled my order and demanded a refund. The company refunded me $1,043.28, less than my initial payment. The difference is described as a "return fee" (see refund, below). I've been in constant contact with the vendor and have emails, texts and photo documentation. I am requesting a full refund. I believe the company is involved in fraudulent activity, making money on the insurance of "damaged" goods and on return fees to customers after orders are canceled. I cannot even begin to described how disappointed I am in this business.Customer response

Hi Amy, there was not a fee charged to you. You were given a refund on 10/27/2021 of $155.92. So with today's refund of $1403.28, you have been refunded 100% of your purchase price. Hope that helps to clarify. Thank you
