              Horrible! 75% of carpet Sellers in the ************* offer free Returns. Even though this rug was shipped directly from the manufacturer, Incredible rugs charged me a Discounted shipping rate ??To return an 8 x 10 rug. I had to return the rug because I also needed another size that they told me was out of stock.Try using other sellers like Bed ************** Wayfair, Amazon, and so many others that offer the same rug had a cheaper price and offer free return.

              After being so happy with my first purchase from Incredible Rugs and Decor, I ordered a second rug for my hallway. I used their online tool to see both rug together and confirm they would work well together. I am just as happy with my second purchase. Both were sent timely, well packaged and of the quality expected.

              Incredible Rugs and Decor has an excellent website for purchasing rugs - I've gotten 4 over the past 6 months. Some rugs can be 'viewed' in your room via uploading a pic. Excellent customer service and quality rugs. Customer for life!
