So I ordered from 7-11 now. Skip art is their delivery service I suppose. They delivered my order after they ignored my calls because they sat at the location for 10 minutes and didn't answer any of my calls. I got the completely wrong items. The driver admitted they were wrong. They didn't offer to ********* and just left. I reached out to Skip art they told me to contact the store. I contacted the 7-11 was refused a refund told to order again and to contact skipcart for tefund. Kind you this entire order took over an hour and I tipped. I contacted skipcart again told they can't do nothing not a refund not send another driver. Nothing and kept disconnecting my chat. contacted skipcart AGAIN now they won't even respond back to me. * Placed order with Chicken Salad Chick, received notification "Skipcart" had picked up order. *Received notification that driver was approaching so I went to the door & waited. *Never saw a car fitting the description given * Received notification driver was there & that he dropped off order & then left. *The whole time I'm standing at the glass doors to our ******************* *Received the photo attached where he parked across the parking lot & took a photo of the building. *Text driver w/ no response. *Had to leave work & go to restaurant who said they don't use Skipcart. *They tried to figure out how to refund the money but the ONLY way to reach cust service is to download the app. *This guy stole the food & left so now I'm out $32 for a sandwich.
