            On December 30, I made a call to my storage and found out that my storage was broken into so they told me that I need to file a claim so they email me the information that I need to put this claim for my belongings.I had to get a police report and other documents they asked me so when I try calling the insurance company **************- ************ ) there is never an answer I went on ****** to try and find this insurance company, I called the number that the lady on the phone gave me because the place I need to call is called ******************* and she gave me the name of the person who is responsible for the storage claim ***********************************, I called the number that they gave me ************** ) I have called this number many times and I never get an answer because the call does not go through.I had to send my documents through the storage then they will be the ones that get in contact with the insurance company.I have called all the numbers from the On The Move Insurance Agency down to ******************* and no one has yet to pick up a phone and call me to let me know where my case stands since I have not heard from or talked to anyone in a few months and this has been going on since December 30, 2022, when I first heard the news about my storage.It's going on 6-month since this happened and to this day I have not heard from anyone since the last time I got an email letting me know that she is going to email them and find out what is going on I have not heard anything.I don't even know if this is a legit Insurance company because of the way they are acting with me.They gave me the number of the man who is handling my case I have yet to hear from Something should be done because I am a 57-year-old man and for this company to allow this to happen to me and my husband because they took everything we had.I have the email that I sent to **************** and he has yet to return any of my calls.I have all the documents that I sent to the insurance company.I
