I arrived at the Hi facility October 21st in the evening only to find my reserved hotel room door wide open. No sheets on the bed and the room had not been cleaned. We were then assigned the "suite" of room 222. The room was absolutely FILTHY. My daughter took off her shoes to walk from the bed to the bathroom to take a shower and her feet were completely BLACK! The door didn't have a security lock on it. We asked for screws to secure the door at night. ******** was very kind and gave us some. We found an electrical bezel on the ground, bent it, and screwed it where the additional lock should of been.The following morning, we asked that our room be specifically cleaned by an actual mop and for the sink to be unclogged. Unfortunately, we arrived back that Saturday night to find our room had not been touched. Instead, the maid ***** decided to be lazy and say there was a Do Not Disturb Sign on the door. There were no signs in that room whatsoever! The floors were still nasty. Nothing had been done. I was given a mop and cleaner. I PERSONALLY mopped the hotel room. I have pictures documenting how filthy those floors were.This was absolutely ridiculous! The manager ****** could care less. Not empathetic at all. However, ******** was great and was trying her best. Both Monday and Tuesday (10/24-10/25) I have tried to contact the hotel owner. I was told he wasn't there Monday but would be there Tuesday from 9:00-3:00. I called at 9:30 only to find he didn't come into work. Now I'm being told the owner will be there Wednesday from 11-3:00. On Wednesday, I tried calling from my personal cell phone multiple time during that time period. The phone kept getting hung up. At 3:00 ******** answered and said the owner just left. Friday, I actually spoke to the owner. He claimed he knew nothing about the above incident. Tuesday 11/1/2022, still no resolution and **** refuses to call back. Horrible experience. I would like my money back!
