After purchasing a brand new Harley I felt the attitude from the staff changed. I picked out some upgrades for the bike at a discounted price and paid cash. I requested to have the original parts to come back to me as well. When I picked up the finished product I did receive the upgrades I picked out with the staff I parts. They also failed to save my original parts and told me they put those on a truck for junk. When I reached out about incorrect upgrades I was told to go in because they got my original parts back. I went into the store and started to discuss some upgrades missing and still with the original parts I was told because they gave me a discount it was a wash. I asked why they had me pick out all the upgrades I wanted and had me pay cash if they did not plan on giving them to me. Could not answer. My husband text the following day and was told by the Mgr in parts to stop texting and loose their number.
