      On December 20, 2023, I scheduled an appointment to visit Ford of Boerne with ****** to explore a newly used 2023 Limited Black Out *********************** # *****************). During the test drive, I noticed significant defects, including a dragging transmission and the vehicle's tendency to lack coasting ability, requiring constant pressure on the gas pedal. Upon expressing my concerns to ****** and new salesman ****, they dismissed my evaluation. Despite suggesting a comparison with another ******************* they claimed to mysteriously lack such vehicles. Instead, **** brought a Platinum *****************wheel drive for a test drive, undermining the purpose of assessing the used 2023 Expedition with only 687 miles. *** deceptive practices at Ford of Boerne contradict their dealership award, and I believe an investigation is warranted for the benefit of the ******************* ** community and the reputation of the **** manufacturer.

      If I had to do business with this place again I would never purchase another ***** The entire dealership is an absolute joke and very unprofessional. I ordered a vehicle and after 8 months of waiting I was called and told that they no longer had interest doing business with me. I found out that they were test driving my truck trying to sell it to another buyer, scumbag move to say the least. They can comment on this post if they would like but they know they are in the wrong. Anyone on this planet interested in purchasing a **** buy it anywhere but Ford of Boerne you will thank me. I personally regret ever even thinking about using the dealership and I will do my best to make sure nobody I come in contact with ever uses them for a purchase. I have contacted the **** directly and the **** about the issue. The General Manager will be getting a letter from the **** letting him know how his operation is run. I have also posted about the issues in ****Trucks Forum and the TremorForum.

      Bought a truck recently from *********************** *************************. First after I have them **** down they delivered the truck to me. 2 weeks later they said they needed my boss to sign some papers for financing boss talked to finance company and they never sent him the papers. I thought it was handled well 2 weeks after that I get pulled over for fictitious license plates Im 150 miles from home. I have no cash on me and a interview the next morning with a potentially big client and they impound the truck. I sleep on a park bench that night. Called Salesman and he says that my boss needs to sign papers before they will get me the correct tags and admitting they put the wrong ones on. Basically holding me hostage for something In 1st place they shouldnt of delivered the truck if financing wasnt done and then boss never had gotten paperwork he talked to them and they said they would send it but didnt so finally after 3 days stranded away from home they get paperwork emailed boss signs it and Joey ************************* said they would take care of 875 tow bill. When I called and asked when I could get reimbursed the general manager said that he called the police **** and claimed I was stopped for speeding and my license was expired and that why I was impounded and hes a liar. I talked to the chief of police and he said I was pulled over for fictitious license plates and thier is a dispatch recording saying just that. What a horrible way to treat a customer and Im not stopping here. I just saw where they won an award from ***** I will be sure **** knows how they treat customers. Ive only drove ****s for 40 years and if I had to buy my next one from ford of Boerne I wouldnt drive one and anyone close to me will never buy from them again. Just want everyone to know what kind of people that run that place are.

      We apologize for your inconvenience. We were clear we needed proof of income from the start. You chose not to respond. We asked for it and never received. Given we could not prove your income we could not register your car. We did not hear from you again until this happened. Im regards to why it was impounded, that was what we were told when we were prepared to recover our vehicle. If you do not have a valid drivers license, they will not let you leave. Thats just the law.

      And I did submit payrolll stubs and so its regular procedure for you guys to deliver vehicles without completing the finance process?? Well then Im not surprised how you handled the impoundment of my truck when your wrong I had a licensed driver with me. The truck was stopped for wrong registration when they ran tags period. Why dont you just be a man and say no we dont want to pay it. Quit lying about why it was impounded. I have text messages where **** said he would take care of it. Dont bother replying your lies just upset me and I thought you would do the right thing but obviously you arent and I will pursue other options that will in the end prove your negligence and your lies. Wont hear from me again replying to you on reviews but rest assured I will post a every where I can as well as provide copies of text messages etc. Someone will be in touch with you directly. Should of not lied and just paid the towing but you continue to Cause me pain and suffering and causing a lot of trauma and anxiety my life. Hope you feel better for kicking the lil guy when hes already down. Good day
