I hired this company to do a termite inspection when I was selling my home. The buyers used this company. I had never used them, ever. After the inspection work was done and the invoice was paid, they somehow connected my credit card to the address. Hence, I kept getting a charge for the new owner's monthly service. I called the first time and I was credited the funds back. It happened again the next month and I was again credited back the amount. It happened again, and I informed them this was credit card fraud, as they had no right or authorization to keep my credit card info for a one-time payment. Well, it has happened again. I previously told them I wanted them to delete the acct of the new owners of my old home, and a new acct entered to cancel out my information obviously linked to it. That clearly has not been done. This is becoming a form of harassment. The bill is for $119.08
