A review of the company’s registration to conduct business in the State of Texas is listed as: “FRANCHISE TAX INVOLUNTARILY ENDED.” BBB requested that the business provide evidence that it is registered as another name or with a county clerk office to conduct business within Texas.

Additionally, the business has a pattern of complaints concerning unclear pricing, refund issues/guarantees not honored, and allegations that the company is engaged in an imposter scam. BBB requested that the business respond to the noted pattern of complaints with a plan to reduce or eliminate the noted pattern stemming from the company’s marketing practices.
