on March 8 I paid him a down payment to move my Doublewide he was supposed to do it on March 9 but it then it started one excuse after another. He said his bobcat was getting service when I asked about the 10th. On the 13th he said that his crew would be out there on the 14th but again didn't show up. At this time the 15th I asked for my down payment back. He told me his crew and truck where accident and he was working on it he also told me no other movers would do the job this week. He asked me to give him this week to get it done the 16th. He finally showed up but didn't do anything because it might rain. The 17th he said the powerlines were too low so I got the company to come lift them higher. The 18th he showed up and said he would work on it. From the 26th on he said the ground is too wet on the 27th Sunday he said it would be done on Monday. On the 28th he told me that he never said he would complete the job on the 28th. Again I asked him to get my deposit back he said no. Then he became rude and said that it's a good thing he didn't finish because I probably wouldn't pay him anyway. Then he came back and said to give him three days March 28. Then it rained on the 29th. Then on the 31st he said he might move both pieces on the first and 2nd the second. Then his crew didn't show up on the first and he said he was out of town. He said that his crew would be there April 2 and April 3. April 3 well again they didn't show up. He said he didn't know why. He said he was going to let them all go. April 3 he said he was coming out himself with a helper and get it done this week 100%. April 4 he said the weather looked up and down so we can he said he would get it ready on the 6th 7th 8th . he said he came out on the sixth and said it was still too wet. Saturday the ninth he said he was coming out the 10th and have it ready to move today Monday the 11th. But still nothing. Six weeks into this I should have done some research For hiring him and giving him $.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/26) */ This is a lie I went to the job many of Time and I got the double wide open the Ground was really bad I got pictures of the ground Well my jack sink a feet she tell me she would gonna find somebody else to do the job and she didn't want me to do the job no more I wanted to finish the job The last week I went out there we have a lot of rain I got pictures of the ground being too wet to do the job at the time I tell her about it she didn't care I went back out there to pick up all my equipment the ground was still wet I got pictures this is just a bad customer
