I utilized Lewis Funeral **** Services. They made an error on the death certificate. I've been trying to get this error corrected for almost a year. I initially contacted ****** and his associate in May 2021. I spoke with ****** several times via phone about getting the correction made. ****** promised each time to take care of it but didn't. He eventually stopped answering my calls. My last communication with him was via e-mail in December 2021. As of today, I've not received a response from him. No paying grieving customer should be discounted as irrelevant. Because of their error, I now have to track down difficult information to handle this matter and pay more money for something I've already paid.Business response
