July 30,2023 I had a hot water pipe leak, immediately had the plumbing company and restoration company come out to begin the process of mitigation. I then filed a claim with my insurance company Germania it started out fine until it came to the restoration pricing not matching the insurance companies quote. Three weeks ago Germania agreed to have their company plus the restoration company come out together to walk-through pricing to resolve the claim it has been three weeks and I cannot get my insurance company to call me back. I have sent multiple emails voicemails text even reached out to my adjusters boss twice with no call back or resolution.Business response

My house was hit by a tree and heavy winds/rain, Germania agreed to a contractor fixing it, the Date of loss was 11/15/2022, The job was completed 05/06/2023, All paper work and pictures was turned in on 05/06/2023, Now it has been four months since job was completed and still no check to pay my contractor for the job he did, every time I call my adjustor he said he don't have time to do my claim, and now they won't answer the phone, My contractor is very upset at me for not paying him, as the payment is over $100,000. I have been a customer of ******************** for over 15 years with this being my first claim, very disappointed that an insurance company would treat their customers this way.Business response

I called Germania roadside assistance and they told me a tow truck was dispatched and the eta was as 60 minutes. Over two hours later (and missing my ability to get the vehicle to the mechanic before it closed) they were still telling me ***** minutes. Every 20 minutes theyd again tell me ***** minutes. By far the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. Please dont be stranded in a dangerous area or with little loss and have to depend on Germania roadside for help. By far the worst consumer experience ever.Business response
