      I placed an order for some tattoos on March 4, 2024. I believe they shipped no more than 2 days later. I hadnt received the items so I sent an email on March 10, 2024 and still have not heard anything. Im starting to think this business is fraudulent and do not intend to send anything.

      Simplyinked is a scam. They will not let me cancel my subscription. They promise that you can pause or cancel any time, without providing the options to do so.

      I had ordered 5 different tattoos and they still havent arrived. Its been over 5 days. Please get back with me about my order.

      I purchased from Simply Inked on 7/14. My custom order was supposed to process for **** days, then ship/deliver in 3-7 days (photos attached). This creates a maximum total delivery window of 21 days. On 7/24 I received an email that my order had shipped (photo attached). The order status said Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item. 26 days later the status remains the same (photo attached). On 8/1, 19 days after order confirmation, I reached out to inquire about my order and they said this, Custom tattoos are shipped separately from pre-made designs since the production time for custom tattoos is longer (**** days). If there is anything else we can help you with please let us know. I told them that it was long after that window, and they replied with the following, Your order is in making it might take next 2-3 business days for the order to be shipped. Still, nothing has shipped and no updates have been made to the tracking. To make matters worse, they have stopped responding to my inquiries.Just now, I saw them advertising on TikTok, so I went to read the comments. It seems they are doing this to everyone (photos attached). This behavior must be stopped immediately and they must be penalized for these predatory and unethical practices.

      I ordered $25 worth of tattoos on July 10th. I paid for expedited shipping and was told it would be here within 3-7 days. Well, 9 days go by and it is still not here. I then checked the tracking number and it says that the package has not even reached **** facilities. I email the help line and they say that they need 2 business days to fix the problem, saying that it was ****s fault. They then email me back after I asked for a refund and say that they will pay me back for the expedited shipping. I was satisfied with this until they then state it will take another 10 business days for my package to get to me. If you say that it can be here in 3-7 days for expedited shipping, why dont I get the same courtesy. Well then, the next day, it says my package will be delivered. But then it was held at ****. This was because they said I owed another $5.50 for expedited shipping, meaning Simply Inked didnt pay for it. From the beginning I was supposed to get free shipping for how much my order was and I never did. I never received my refund either. I want a good amount of compensation back for all of the trouble I have gone through. I now have to pick it up from the facility and pay the fee or else they ship it back. Its a huge inconvenience. I want this fixed. It feels like this company is trying to scam me.

      On February 16th, I ordered a few tattoos from this site; however, on February 17th they cancelled it with no explanation and claimed that they were going to refund the tattoos. It is now February 25th and I never got a refund or any further communication on my order TAT- ******.

      I purchased ten different tattoos on Black Friday, 11/26/21. I received confirmation that my order was processed and then shipped on 12/6/21. It has been over a week and it is 5 days past when the shipping date was expected, I reached out to customer support to hear nothing.

      Hi,

      We are sorry for the delay in shipping. Due to heavy rush of sales on Black Friday, our shipping company was behind in fulfilment, however the order has been shipped out and it should be delivered in the next 3-5 business days. Customer reached out to our support and we responded back with ***** hours, I have attached the screenshot for the same. Cx reached out to us using a different email so we were not able to fetch the order number so we asked for the order number from the customer.

      I ordered from simply inked late November 2021. I recived horrible quality tattoos. They didn't even last 24 hours despite following all of the directions closely. When I emailed them they're response was that I should've put them on better. All I want is a refund for the terrible service i've recieved.
