AC has stopped working since sept.11.22 and we told the office on sept.12.22. There is no communication. They gave us the wrong number, so it wasn’t easy for us to get information, they sent someone to check AC on Sept.15.22, they need a part to be shipped. We have been calling today sept.19.22 and there is no answer. We understand it takes time to fix things but we have no communication, it’s very unprofessional to not even let us know what’s going on. And very inhumane to not even provide a window AC unit while we wait for the AC to be fixed. It’s over 80 degrees in here and since I have asthma it’s hard to live in these conditions. I feel like I’m suffocating. It’s been about 8 days since we let the office know and they don’t seem to care at all about us, like I said i understand it takes time but we should at least be getting a window ac unit meanwhile or at least have more communication of what’s going on and when it will be fixed
