I was buying a vehicle from bearded Auto I given $1,500 for a down payment and I was talking to ***** ****** then he went on leave and I started talking to a man named ***** ******. On September 27th I was incarcerated little over a week at this time I was supposed to sign papers when I was taken to jail I was taken with a female I had known I asked her to get my car from the impound and get my daughter from where she was placed at the time I gave her my money to do that and she was unable to so I told her to leave it alone don't worry about it when I get out I'll figure it out October 10th when I got out of jail I went to go sign papers and get my car cause he had taken it out of the impound for other reasons of his own when I got there I signed papers and there was no vehicle he had told me he had gotten it out and allowed this female to take it and she was supposed to bring it back within 48 hours she has yet to bring it back he was on the phone with her one time telling her to come back so they can finish their paperwork and she can sign papers on buying the car he said he was only telling her that so she could bring the car back that he didn't want to spook her and she doesn't bring it back. I asked him to see where she was so I could get someone to take me that way to pick up the car and get my things because I was already 2 weeks behind in school I needed my laptop for my classes he asked me to let him handle things and he would get the car back for me. I had over $1,600 worth of welding equipment for my school with other personal belongings. Around Oct. 28th I asked ***** for my down payment back he told me that it was not his fault that I picked shitty friends but he was still trying to get the vehicle and my things I tried myself to get a hold of her and she blocked me so I told ***** I did not want the car any longer and if I could have my down payment back. He said he doesn't feel that he should or that I deserve my down payment back. It was all reported

I believe the demand letters I've attached along with the text conversation ***** attached lay out the facts of the issue fairly well. Her complaint itself is quite inaccurate and yet another version of the ever-evolving narrative she adjusts as needed to make her out as a victim. Additionally, I learned when my sales manager returned from LOA, that she only paid $1000 of the $1500 downpayment that was agreed upon, so our "business" relationship began with a lie and has been perpetuated though a steady diet of lies, manipulation, and plotting.  As it stands now, I'm just waiting to find out how much more of my hard earned money I'll be losing in thanks for agreeing to finance a vehicle to ***** ********* when, as intelligent business decision makers unlike myself, nobody else in this town or any other would do so. I was ignorant in assuming that ***** was anything like her family, who I have also done business with and are wonderful people, especially her mother. Had I known what a shit-heel cancer in the belly of society she is, like her piece of shit friend ********* who still has possession of my Range Rover, I would have turned on the water hose and chased her off of the property like the ragged, mangy, stray animal she is. But please, BBB Representative, don't take my word for it.  Google will probably tell you all you need to know about her character. I don't know that i recall the details correctly but I think she has custody over 1 of her 7 kids and perhaps not even 1. The reason she was in jail and wished to have her other-dope head friend take the car is because the 2 of them kidnapped her child. Please don't think I say all of this to protect my business.  I'm trying to get this god forsaken car lot closed down as quickly as I possibly can. I was on the fence, but this ongoing saga of ungrateful thieves and dope whores is simply more than I can stomach. I suppose I should thank her for cementing my decision to phase my lot into non-existence. As far as her demand to refund her money... That's simply hilarious.  $500 of the 1000 that she gave can be deducted for getting the thing out of impound. the other $500 is accounted for in the repossession agreement.  That won't even begin to cover the damages or mileage.  I haven't yet taken action to pursue the hundreds of dollars each of these dirt-bags owes due to violating the borrowed vehicle agreements. Regardless.  Even if this wasn't the case, I would rather take the $1000 in pennies, put them in the range rover's floor boards, (assuming I ever get it back) burn the goddamned thing to the ground, gather up the molten metals, cast a bullet with it and shoot myself in the face than give that waste of space a single penny.  I hope that response is sufficient and I thank you for your patience.  Warm Regards, ***** *******, Worst Car Dealer in Texas
