      Internet company went to correct my poor internet connection which wasn't completely resolved as I am paying for 100 mb and see connection less then 10 mb at times. But also was told that I would get 2 free months and bill reduced to 95 dollars which neither is being respected as an employee stated that this isn't in the noted from the call made to me on 3/26/24 @ 8:27am.

      On June 3rd 2024 Resound has made the adjustments to the bill honoring the credit and price reduction of $95 per month and followed up with the customer to let them know. On the same day we went back to the customer location to make other adjustments to the equipment and customer is now achieving their agreed to speeds.

      I am paying for 100mb of internet and my speeds are always less 30 and can get down to as low as 2

      We are scheduled to be on site to trouble shoot this account on Thursday, March 28th and will get the customers issues taken care of. We have been out to the customers house and moved them to our latest technology and are now going back to install our new wifi router platform. We will have this taken care of this week.

      I pay for 100mb internet and have never been close to this most of the time it is around 10 to 20 mb and at times will go down to 1 or less mb

      the service is under ***** *******, they came out this past week to assess the situation and changed the satellite receiver but today12/3/2023 internet speed is only 5.2 mb at 7:24am

      We have found this customer in our system and are reaching out to get their service where it needs to be. Our System Performance Team has done an analysis on this account and we have a plan of action to get it corrected.

      An employee has given my personal information to two people on my account. When I called management she said she'd look into it then I was called being threatened not to call to the company again and they were having an officer tell me I'd be arriving if so. So I contacted the police department and they said if I was harassing but making a complaint is legit well when I contacted today the manage named Tammy she yelled at me and told me she would get me for harassment. Hung up and I need to complain.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/23) */ Resound does not have personal information on the account to even give out. In this case we received a call in the office from ****** ****'s sister ******* ******* asking what we did. We told her that we provide internet to home's and business's and she stated there were charges on her grandmother's credit card from Resound and she wanted to know what account this credit card was tied to. We told her this card was tied to ****** ****. ****** then stated a police report has been made of the fraudulent charges. After this was done ****** got upset with the office manager in Brownwood and continues to call our corporate office over and over stating that our office manager in Brownwood is on drugs and selling drugs. We have an internal investigation going with our billing department and office manager in Brownwood to make sure there is no procedure violations or drug use going on of which we have found none to this date. We will continue to monitor the escalation and discuss internally as needed.
