      Parker communications trenched through both sides of my front lawn to install a fiber cable. They severed an irrigation line and covered it back up. Because of that I had 2 non functional sprinkler heads and a large water leak pouring out of my driveway. I reached out to the company to let them know and they agreed to repair it on 7/19/23. Nobody ever came by so I called again but they did not answer. I missed a call from them on the 21st saying they were sorry for not letting me know he couldnt come by and that they would call me the following Monday. I never received a call but when I came home from work I noticed some dead sod where the broken irrigation line was located which I thought was odd cause I never told them which side the leak was located. Because I was never able to communicate with the person who was completing the repair the sprinkler heads still don’t work. Also the repair was not done well the sod is dead and dry and there’s still a good amount of loose dirt around the sod.

      The original complaint was received on 6/27/2023, we did reach out to the homeowner because we did not have a phone number to contact them, we did receive a call back from ***** ********* providing us with the phone number.

      Appointment was scheduled for July 19th, which our QC guy had an emergency fix to repair and we did not reach out to the customer in time to cancel. Mr. ********* was notified via voicemail on the 21st that we would be out on the 24th to fix the sprinkler, we did not communicate a time with him and the sprinkler was fixed on the 24th without his knowledge. Mr ********* called back stating that the fix was not correct. 

      We communicated in person and over the phone with Mr. ********* on July 31st and scheduled a time for the sprinkler to be fixed. Mr. ********* has stated the issue was resolved quickly and he is happy with the results.

      We would like to thank Mr. ********* for his patience and apologize for the lack of communication on our part.
