I moved here 3-4-2022 the day I signed the lease the lady in the office told me the same exact unit I was looking at was ready. She approved me within minutes. I was so excited so when move in day come she gave me another type of unit. I was ******. The unit I saw was updated! The unit she gave me had everything wrong with it! The day I was moving my stuff in I saw 2 huge rats in the stove with rat dropping all over it! There are 2 huge rat holes in the stairway closets! There was mold in the bathroom ceiling! There wasnt any window screens. My refrigerator didnt work at all! I bought over 300 dollars worth of grocery that spoiled because of it. I asked the lady in the office what happened to the unit you told me was available she shrugged her shoulders and said well it wasnt available and I gave you a bigger unit. As if that made me feel better. I live alone I wanted the upgraded unit! I went out and bought rat traps and caught 4 rats. Sealed up the wholes under the kitchen sink and put rat poison down the first few days. After over a week maintenance finally come to put torn screens in the windows! Sprayed mold and mildew on the shower ceiling, The ac and heat blows just a little you cant feel the difference. This is just a nightmare and the ladies in the office dont give a ****. People throw the mice traps with mice in the in the grassy area! Nobody pics up after they dog p*** in the grassy area where the kids play. The play area looks very dangerous and nasty! There are cars that never been moved and abandon! The washer and dryers area is disgusting! The garbage dumpsters are always full with garbage all in the parking lot! The parking lot have a million deep pot holes! The buildings has wholes in the outside where its instillation coming out the walls! The people in the office is very ignorant and have no people skills!
