    These people lied straight to my face . My insurance company sent them a check a month prior to my appointment. I called two weeks prior to appointment to insure the date was still good . I was persistent about them ordering my parts ahead of time . They seemed out out . I got email two days prior to my appointment . Not a phone call like normal people would do . Luckily I checked email that day . They told me the parts were on Back order that they had just tried to order them 2 days prior to my appointment after Ive been waiting a month . They said it would be another 30 days . I had to cancel rental , rearrange my work schedule at last minute . They had a month to order parts and were pre paid . Then didymium out lied to me . They wanted to use only one source for the parts while they are readily available. They wanted the most expensive part did not let me choose . They are pre ******** !!!! **** lied to m face as well as ************ email . They may be good at restoring old cars . But terrible with insurance claims per their advertising. Seems like intentional malice . Best case incompetence!!!! They are nice at furry and talk a good game , but they are lying a******* . Myself and others will be letting our entire community knee about it . One star is too many !!!**** had sniffed too much paint in his days !!!! Absolutely arrogant ****** . And smile while they do it .

    I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but our company policy is to order parts the week before because we have a limited time to return them if the customer for some reason doesn't show up for repairs, circumstances change, or the part is not needed. We cannot control when parts are out of stock, and we refuse to put cheap parts on customer's vehicles, as this person asked us to do. We did everything we could to try and satisfy this person. Quality is our main concern and why we've been in business for 25 years with many, many satisfied customers.
