February 23rd I noticed a transfer request for seven dollars from my account that I never approved I contacted the bank and they told me it was approved by the second party. I then contacted my mom who was also on my account since I was under age when we opened it she said the bank did call her about transferring money but they never discussed that the money was coming out of my account and going into my sisters. She was under the impression my sister had two accounts. If they wouldve given her all the information she never wouldve said okay. July 14 $18.70 was taken out of my account to cover an overdrawn account. I went up to the bank to discuss how this happened again because my mom said no one contacted her and she did not approve anything, and I was never contacted either. Because my mom and sister have the same first name they wanted to file a forgery on my sister thinking she pretended to be my mom. I contacted my sister she said she did call the bank the day before she provided them with her social therefore she could not have pretended to be mom, because she was trying to figure out an issue with her own account not having anything to do with mine. The bank told me they did not need another approval to cover the overdrawn account therefore they would not give me my money back even though I never approved the transaction and neither did my mom. I have already closed the account because of how upset this made me but I would like to get my money back as I dont see it fair for them to have taken money from my account with no consent.
