  It appears Gilmore Electrics only interest was to charge this customer a maximum allowable rate for the job, and not giving the customer any consideration or control by forcing signatures on a tablet without knowing what or why in order to begin work. The signatures appeared on the invoice with stipulations that limited my legal rights as a customer. This has all been an unbelievable situation. Please see the Gilmore Electric Sept 9 2012 the Gilmore invoice, and attached McCoys receipt. Thank you BBB for helping a few senior citizens of ***************,***** get some relief on the costs of providing electrical service to enjoy the time we have left of our lives on earth. Please review the attached Gilmore.doc, invoice, and McCoys reciept. If they are deleted please let me know.

  The technician on site explain the pricing before any signatures were collected.  Signing for the approval of the price is company policy.  A check was written and given to the customer on site, concerns about the pricing was not discussed at that time either.  I did review the project and I have offered to discount the price since the customer did provide some material and since the circuit added was not long being on a meter pole.  The customer has also been upset with how long the project is taking to get hooked up by the utility company, this is not under our control.  We have done everything we can do to expedite this process.

  I remember signing a blank tablet with 2 boxes for my signatures before a check was written to start work along with no written or spoken estimate.
  
  
  I gave Gilmore Express complete trust in a fair and equitable cost for the work, and what I ended up with is unmentionable.
