The transaction Date is 04/24/2023 with ****************************************************** the owner, to replace the seal and polyurethane on the roof of our building. The project was estimated at 4 days from start to completion. Including the cleanup. ********************************* requested that we make the cashier's check in his name due to him needing the money to purchase the materials quickly. We agreed and gave the required 50% of the contract price. We gave ***************************** the owner of Texas Spray Foam Specialists a cashier's check of $6000.00. ***** and his wife showed up on the first day for about 2 hours and left. I called ***** to see what was happening and he said he'd be back the next day. He and his wife showed up again in the morning but when I arrived at the church building no one was on site. I called Mr. ***** but he would not answer my calls or return my calls. I emailed but no answer. We finally had to get another company to do the work. We went to an attorney that wrote ********************************* a letter seeking damages and amount we paid him to do the job. However, he didn't answer. We have also filed a complaint at the ***** police department. We still have not heard from ********************************* and we want him to pay the church the $6,000.00 we paid him to do the work that he did not do!Initial Complaint

I originally used this business in March and April of 2021 to apply spray foam insulation under my house and to re-insulate my attic. The cost was $4,450 and they did a great job. So I called him (***************************** owner) in September of 2022 to do some addition work in my attic. He came to my home and came up with an estimate. He asked for a $150 down payment, which I wrote a check for on 04/06/22. We finally got an appointment scheduled on 11/01/22. He didn't notify he was not going to come, and I finally got it rescheduled for 11/03/22. Again he did not notify me he was not coming and he did not respond to my text for another 5 days. We then rescheduled for 11/08/22. Again he did not notify he was not coming and did not reply to my texts for 6 days. We rescheduled for 11/15/22 and again he did not notify me that he was not coming. On 11/16/22, after him missing 4 scheduled appointments, I asked that he just refund me the $150. On 11/17/22, he texted me that a check would be mailed. As of 12/04/22, I had not received a refund check. When I inquired, he responded very hatefully. I texted again, and on 12/12/22 he said he would bring me a check. I ******* minutes away and politely told him to just mail the check and not to make such a long trip. On 12/19/22 he told me the check should arrive shortly. On 12/28/22, after I continued to ask, he told me there was an issue with how it was mailed and was sending it again that day. The refund never arrived, and I have continued to contact him. 12/28/22 was the last message I got from him. He will no longer take my calls or answer my text and it is now 01/27/23. I am only after the refund of the $150 I gave him
