  I have had this sewer company to come out to my house about 5 times. I first called cause I has sewage backing up in my house. Each time they came I got a bill. After the camera had been used twice and I was charged it was discovered that the people I brought the house from extended the drive way over the sewage line and the concrete had to be broken. So the company broke a big hole in my driveway cracking it bad. The hole the fixed started leaking the same week again. I call them back of course my bill was **** for the work and it is not complete. I still have to pay a plumber to finish the work. Driveway cracked real bad and I received a letter from this company if they have to return to finish the work my bill would be ****. I have paid them ******** and I am asking for a refund because the work is not complete and I feel that I was not treated right as a customer.

  Attached is all my documentation on the above.

  January 17, 2023 customer called to advise she had a stopped up sewer line, see invoice 36860

  January 25, 2023 customer called back same issue see invoice ***** advised customer that she may need to run a camera if this should occur again.  

  May 24, 2023 customer called ********************** line stopped up see invoice ***** cleared sewer line and ran camera we determine that there was a section of the sewer line which was broke.  Advised that section of pipe needed to be replaced.  Also advised her that the entire sewer line which ran under her concrete drive was thin wall pipe and eventually would need to be replaced.  

  June 5, 2023 replaced section of sewer pipe approximately 4 feet see invoice 37510.  We did break a small section at the top of her driveway and was told by her realtor that they would replace the concrete as they would probably replace the entire line.  They had us ***************** with paint as to where they would need to cut the concrete to expose the sewer line.  

  June 15, 2023 sewer line was stopped up see invoice ***** sewer line was unstopped.  

  The total of the services that we provided to the customer was $1573.57 with two of the invoices being no charge.  

  I feel no refund is needed from our company.
