Our lease began on August 19, 2021 and since moving in we have had issues with our **** system. We put in Maitenence request to fix it and every time the technician comes to fix it he adds Freon and we can use the system for a couple days then we lose power to the whole apartment. Ive spoken to electricians and **** techs and both say its the condenser. When we lose power to the apt we have to go outside to the main breaker box to turn the power back on to the apartment. We have two window units that are in the bedroom windows and we bought a used portable ac unit for the living room. Our portable ac unit just went out and the house is hot. Its 101 degrees outside today and its only getting hotter. I have spoken with the manager of twin city properties and this issue is still not resolved. I have children and small animals who live here and cannot take this heat. Our lease is up this August 19, 2022 and it couldnt come faster. We have put in more than a dozen maintenance request since living here and more than half of those requests were for our **** system not cooling the home. Management of twin city properties and the **** technician has not resolved this issue for the **** system for 10 1/2 months. We have been without a working **** system since moving in on August *******.
