On, Wednesday, May 25th at approximately 7:35pm, I placed a to go order of two fried pork chop dinners. The dinner comes with two pork chops and two sides. As my mother and I were attempting to eat our meal, we observed the pork chops to be undercooked. I contacted the restaurant and was advised to bring it back. I returned to the restaurant at approximately 8:45pm and provided them the two dinners. A young lady informed me everything had been replaced and made fresh. I arrived home to eat my dinner to find the restaurant replaced one of the fried pork chops on each plate and not both. The replaced pork chops were still undercooked just as well as the one that had not been replaced. I called back to the restaurant explaining the food was still undercooked and was told there is nothing they could do as these are the words given from the owner of the restaurant. I spent over $30 for the meals that were unable to be ingested. On Thursday, May 26th, I contacted the restaurant asking to speak with the owner who was unavailable. I explained the incident from the day before and that I had the two dinners as they had not been eaten. I was told again as it had been indicated by the owner, there is nothing they could do. Its sad to say customer satisfaction is not *********************** Restaurants belief and mission. Ive ordered fried pork dinners from the establishment on multiple of occasions and Ive never been dissatisfied. I cannot believe the owner would have such a negative attitude towards a customer who have given them business for quite some time now.
