      I was quoted $3800 flare rate for my move. They added $1600 more afterwards because they got there before I did and waited for me. $500 of that is because they say they packed some of my things. It was 3 boxes that they actually packed. 21 boxes they taped closed or taped more securely. Im not paying $500 for them packing 3 boxes. The boxes were mine too. Tape is included in the flat rate per the screenshot description.The movers said I didnt want the ************** hooked up so they didnt hook it up but I wasnt even asked about that. I paid for the plumber to do what was supposed to be included with my move.I asked for an extension on returning the claim form. I never received the form nor any form I signed electronically during or after the move. Screenshots included are of ******* saying all I have to do is ask and I did.So theyre not sending me the claim form until I pay $500 for them packing 3 boxes. I sent them photos and told them to come see for themselves.Again, Im not paying for them packing 3 boxes.I want all forms I signed and I want the claim form immediately. Besides the tv stand being broke, theres a hole in a small bookshelf, broken mug and jewelry tray, broken bench, pottery, and a bent piece of antique furniture. I estimate it to be $662 to replace all those items.In not paying the extra $500, theyre saying I didnt pay for the coverage for damaged items. I paid an extra $1100 above their quoted flat rate of $3800. If $500 is for packing, then I did pay to cover any damages in moving.

      Elite star movers moved us from our Buda home to *********** - it was complete chaos in the beginning no fault to them but things quickly changed when they refused extra coverings at the MiBox location that (were provided and approved by me to pay whatever it took to get things done - Mibox Owner reached out to me with concern that things were not being placed correctly and will result in damage). Fast forward to move in day to our *********** location - things were broken and our bed which is a ***** dollar set was damaged heavily - they also did damage to our wood floor that wasnt worth complaining about because I understood how hard they work (looking back I should have pointed that out) but I filled out a claim form a few months ago and have yet to be corrected. I was told that it was originally sent out on the 9th and chased them for info regarding that and eventually got someone on the phone and said oh yeah we get a lot of claims so its going out today (22nd) it is now October 5th and hasnt been resolved. At this point that is why I am here so others are aware. I understand and have been completely kind in this matter but damage was done to my belongings and that needs to be corrected, Im tired of reaching out to them and getting no where or given lip service. They worked hard but our move was basically ***** dollars and tipped heavily for each guy (100 dollars each and 80 dollars the second time), and I dont think we have been treated correctly with trying to get this fixed, especially when they refused extra blankets. I have also called the two listed phone numbers on ****** and no answer.
