Villas charging tenants for services NOT provided, they are pocketing our money for profit - charging monthly fees for pest control, the apt grounds are littered with LIVE ant hills, bugs in apts - forcing residents to pay $30 for monthly trash service that I do not use or want. I walk my own trash to the compactor - pool is locked and not accessible during the times the pool is open - pool area is dirty, unkept, no shade, umbrellas are not there for protection from the sun - dog p*** bins are overflowing, p*** bags are always empty - landscaping is mud, overgrown, or dead plants. no mulch, VERY UGLY and embarrassing to bring guests to my house - they are raising my rent $200 for what?! the cost of things going up? that doesn't mean I magically have the money to pay for it. they don't even provide the upkeep and services I already pay $1500 a month for! - entry gate is always broken and open - trash area is disgusting, unsafe, razor blades, needles are rolling around on the ground, broken glass everywhere, I cant throw away my trash into the compactor because it is not safe for me to walk into the area - Trash everywhere on apt grounds, not enough dog p*** bins, dog p*** everywhere - office staff is rude and unhelpful
