In June of 2021 my husband and I hired a Hodges Decorative Concrete to re do our concrete floors in our home. Approximately ****st ft. Minus 2 10x12 rooms. The guys came out and took 3 days to redo the floors and reccomend 7 days to stay off of the floors to cure and we stayed off of them 10 days. We went in for a final inspection we found grass that was clear coated over and spots all over the floor where they let the stain drip and clear coated over that. We said something to them and they came in a fixed most of the areas. Fast forward to alittle before Oct 2022. I messaged the owner of the company several time via text and ******** messenger advising him that my floor is peeling up in places. Never received a text back or message at all in regards to this. I've tried calling as well. Today (01/02/2023) I sent an email about the now much worse situation, floor peeling up in multiple places, discoloration and chipping. I've asked for a reply and sent pictures and a video of a few of the really bad areas. I'm at this point pushing to get compensation for the awful job that now exists in my house that I spent $9k on. If it was due to normal wear and tear or a defect on our account I would not be doing any of this at all. When you spend this amount of money weeks before having a baby Or anytime, you expect a job well done and most definitely not have a floor that we now have to have fixed.
