Where is the ZERO star rating?The following is my survey response to Perla Dental in Burleson, *****. In all fairness, their usual dentist was on vacation. They had this other guy filling in... read on. A guy name **************, who leaves much to be desired."I will NEVER subject my sister this man again. He was rude, impatient and argumentative. Really? You are going to ARGUE with your FIRST TIME PATIENT who has Alzheimer's?!? Really? I/we will NEVER return to Perla Dental.The treatment plan that I signed off on and consented to NEVER HAPPENED. The treatment plan was supposed to include numbing, a special rinse for gingivitis, and was supposedly outside the scope of normal cleaning. That NEVER HAPPENED. The dentist just started in on her mouth, telling her over and over and over, "Open her mouth, Wider, open your mouth, open your mouth..." In hindsight, I wish I would have videotaped his rude behavior and obnoxious behavior. He never explained anything to ME, the patient's sister who holds ************* of *********** this is the kind of dentist that Perla Dental employs, then no thank you. It was SO BAD the dental technician told the front office person, who I originally made the appointment with. The VERY FIRST THING this young lady said to me: "This was not the experience you were hoping for, was it?" Absolutely NOT.The dental staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. The dentist? FIRE HIM. He has no business interacting with the public, particularly those with special needs, who require patience and dignified respect."And of course Perla Dental NEVER RESPONDED to my review.

I am sorry for the experience you had with *************. I will have you know that we did listen when it was brought up to my attention from the staff and we did let ************* go. He will no longer come to Perla offices. He was filling in for the Dr that normally works in that clinic, as she was on vacation. I apologize again on behalf of Perla Dental and would hope you would give us the chance again to be your dentist of choice for you and your family.
