    So my wife and I recently purchased a home from a previous owner whom said they just had this company out to level the home the same day we put an offer in. We had an inspector go out 4 days later and the home is not level by any means. We asked if they could come back out and make sure but we were told we would have to call and schedule that. No worries,I call the company and they schedule me a week out, the day they before they are to show up I call just to confirm and they tell me that some random lady has called them and cancelled on my behalf. The lady says they dont actually level the home and all they do is make sure the front and rear doors do not stick, so I I opened and closed the front door while shes on the phone and explain to her that this is the sound of the front door sticking and having trouble opening. After that frustration I reschedule for another week out and on the exact day they are supposed to come out Im told that *** (the owner) is now saying they wont do it bc it wasnt transferred from the previous owner. I tell the lady that its in our contract of buying the home and its now less than 2 months of when they said they leveled it. I ask for the owner *** to return my call and still no word. So I reached out to my realtor and she calls them and speaks to *** himself and he states that since she was so pleasant to talk to that he will make an exception and come out anyway. We were told they would contact us to schedule. Still no word from the company or ***. A couple more days pass so I reached out to my realtor once again, she finally gets them to schedule for June 9th, another several weeks will go by and still cant seem to get anyone from the company to give us a call or return our calls. I feel the company may have just accepted money to say they leveled the home but never did, I feel I have reached out and given many opportunities for the company to simply honor their side of the transaction!

    This business was contacted in June 2022 to give an estimate on leveling a double wide trailer. They gave us three choices of leveling; two year, three year, and lifetime warranty at $5,500. The initial leveling was completed in 2022. In summer of the leveling work was failing (front door not opening, back door not closing, windows cracking, and center split of house falling inwards). *** and ****** were contacted to come and ******* the house and an appointment was scheduled for June 19th. ****** did call to say they would not be out on that day as they felt there had been too much rain; she neglected to give a reschedule date. I called her to obtain a reschedule date of June 23rd. They were a no show on this date. I called her on the afternoon of the 23rd and she stated she would call the crew to see why they were not out at the property and she would call me right back; she did not. Over the course of the next three days I called her number over twenty times before she answered the phone and rescheduled for July 10th, 10am. On July 10th their crew did not show nor was there a phone call to reschedule. Calling from a different phone number we were able to make contact on the first try (my daughter called her). She stated that she did not have that address set up in the computer for service and would need to call back with explanation. My daughter informed her that she was aware of ******'s habit of not completing return calls, nor did she answer the phone for known customer numbers of which she did not want to deal with. ****** assured her she would receive a call back; she did not. At this point an email was sent to the *** and ****** stating intent to proceed legally if contact was not made by email and that a certified letter would be sent to their business address (of which ****** said was a good address). ****** then called **** (my daughter) to let her know that the company would reschedule for Aug 1, they did not show again. They have done this to others
