    I give it a one and thats only because during our claim he did help us out. Let me emphasize, When we first got in contact with ***** Terry General Contractor LLC, from ******** *****, we notified them and expressed to them that this is going to be an insurance claim. We have no control in how the money is being disbursed. The owner, is stuck in his idea of how insurances disperse funds and it may have been true in some companies but the way my company works is that it disperses it, they send an inspector and once approved they send again. No he was helpful when it came to the issue that we had with our public adjuster in the confusion of how everythings going to disperse. We thought he was Indy understanding of these process. There is a business day transaction. And when these disbursements come out. Now that star was given because he was patient with us. Towards the end of our project, he stated that he would have to leave to do other projects. Which was fine with us since there was a 3-7 day wait on the last check. The week that I received the funds, he stated that he does not trust us that he would get paid in full or his full amount. So he requires full amount to be paid upfront before they continue with the rest of our project. Because we understood the stress that he was going through we pay him in full. Since then he has been missing in action, no communication whether hes coming to finish or not and when he does come he doesnt communicate with us if he staying longer or not. When he refused to make a custom vent for us because its not possible he refused to give us our funds back claiming I have overages on other items that hes so graciously waived for us. We werent notified of these overages until the day of us requesting money back for the items that he was not willing to build. Then we receive bills for things that were already paid for and nothing was discussed. We have to continuously text message him and call him with 90% of those calls and text message go on answered. When he does answer he gives us an attitude and one said you made me wait now you wait. Where I had called him ***** for saying such a thing to a customer and he threaten to charge me more money for things that he said and cleaned we have overages on. Which was never mentioned before when the purchases were done. Just now when we text messaged him for the second time in the second day in a row if hes coming back, which he responds I will get there when I get there. You tell me if thats the correct way to communicate with a customer thats paid you in full. I dont recommend this company especially for insurance claims please do your research. I thank him for being patient with us for the insurance claims but he has no understanding in the processes that these insurance companies have to go through because of Policies that they have and punish the customers for it. His claim as a contract is with a customer and not with the insurance claim but if he didnt agree and how my insurance process things which for us we were dealing with it as we go because nothing was communicated to us. He couldnt withdraw his contract at any point and we would be fine with it then going through with this headache.
